As with the income range, the career outlook for those with a master in environmental science degree depends on the job specialty. And while scientific careers are growing as a whole, the field of environmental science is growing at an astounding pace. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) has reported that the this specific career is expected to continue to grow and expand up to 30% by the year 2018, a much faster and higher growth rate than most other professions.
